COVID-19 Electrical Emergency Service For Homeowners & Landlords

With the Government advising against non-essential travel, we wanted to let you know we are still allowed to attend all electrical emergencies in your home

Our electricians are classified as Key Workers and therefore regarded as an essential service.

We are continuing to respond to the latest government and public health advice to protect the health and well-being of all our customers and colleagues.

What we are doing:

We are still able to attend electrical emergencies at your home

Our electricians are following government guidelines to keep you safe when they attend your electrical emergency. They have been asked to:

• Keep a minimum 2-metre distance away from you or anyone in your household.
• Use new latex protective gloves on each visit
• Use hand sanitizing gel regularly
• Wear protective masks.

What to do if you have an electrical household emergency:

• Call us on our emergency number 07949 179 932
• If you are self-isolating with either confirmed or possible coronavirus (yours or a member of your household) – please let us know when you call us
• When our engineer arrives, please keep a safe distance of at least two meters away
